Sterling & Hayes Law Group, PLLC was founded in 1987 on a simple conviction: that clients deserve the counsel of the attorney they hired — not a rotating cast of juniors. Nearly four decades later, that conviction still shapes how we practice.

We are a boutique firm by design.
